Oxen
Oxen and cows were used as draft animals in the Alpine regions of Europe as recently as the 1960s. where erosion is a major concern. We enjoy our oxen as hobby and have a keen interest in keeping this tradition alive. Learn more about our oxen on this page.
Family Cows
Saltspring Pheasant Fowl
The Saltspring Pheasant Fowl is our own creation inspired by the old English Pheasant Fowl of bygone times. We wanted a hardy, self sufficient chicken capable of producing enough eggs for a family and still be a nice bird for the dinner table. See more about these chickens on THIS page.
